Matthew Taylor of London is Chief Executive of the RSA, a “think & do” non-profit focused on enriching society. Taylor is deeply involved in issues of policy, politics and public service (just to mention a few!). He has a background in political and public service, having (among other things) served as Chief Advisor on Political Strategy to the Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Ricky Burdett is Professor of Urban Studies at London School of Economics. In addition to his engagement in LSE, he has been Visiting Professor in Urban Planning and Design at Harvard University and Global Distinguished Professor at New York University.
Lärke Johns is Organisational Psychologist with a wide range of experience in leading strategic co-operation and renewal work in political organisations. She is the committee chairman in the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation in Sweden and has a background as Director of Kompetensrådet för utveckling i staten (Krus). Previously Lärke has belonged to the jury for Sweden’s most modern bureau and worked as development process consultant for various Swedish welfare organisations. Over the years, she has trained many Swedish, Danish and Norwegian change leaders in how it is possible to reach results through co-creation – a sign of Nordic welfare innovation.
Marco Steinberg is the founder of Snowcone and Haystack, a Helsinki based strategic design practice focused on helping governments and leaders innovate. Previously Steinberg was Associate Professor at the Harvard Design School and founder and Director of Strategic Design at the Finnish Innovation Fund, Sitra. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Museum of Architecture and sits on the board of Design Driven Cities. He is author on numerous books on design & innovation.
